Major Modules in MIS

Dashboard

Will give quick information’s about Today’s Revenue, Total Revenue, Pending Payments from client that is segregated by staff, Total Service, Count of RN service, AN Service, MCT Service, RN Visit, PT Visit, DR Visit.

Staff Module

MIS will store staff basic information’s with photo and finger print, Educational, Experience, Skill details. Staff salary history is maintaining in MIS. List of Training procedures are stored in the application also staffs are completed the training or not

Patient Module

Application will store Patient basic details along with this Patient assessment form is available to understand the patient current health condition. House assessment form helps to assign the staff near by the patient house. User can enter the service details of the patient once the Patient is enrolled in the application

Scheduling

All the active patients are scheduled automatically with the allocated staff. MIS allows the user to modify schedule if there are any changes. Scheduling will also track all RN, AN, Doctor and Physio visit.

Invoice Module

MIS will generate an Invoice of a patient by giving date period. Invoices are generated in PDF form and contains patient details, Number of shifts, List of staff who are worked for the patient. Sales order option is available, if staff received any advance from Patient and this amount is adjusted while generating an invoice.

Reports

Various kind of reports are available in MIS. Field staff attendance, Admin Staff attendance, Employee report, Patient report, Expense report, Profit report, Invoice Report, Sales order report, Pending Payment from client report, Pending invoice report. All reports are downloadable in excel or PDF format

Marketing Details

System allows the user to enter the Marketing and contact details and the following that has required for each marketing.

Equipment’s and Consumables

MIS also covers, suppling equipment and consumables to account module. Not only the Patient registered with MIS can buy or rented the equipment, Out Patient can also use this.
